Optimization of Intercompany Device Management Processes with Microsoft Intune
This project focused on optimizing device management processes across multiple companies by implementing a centralized endpoint and client management solution based on Microsoft Intune. The goal was to standardize operations, reduce manual effort, and enable scalable IT management across organizational boundaries.
Previously, device management processes were decentralized and inconsistent between entities, resulting in high administrative overhead, lack of transparency, and increased complexity in managing devices, policies, and security configurations across environments.
The introduction of Microsoft Intune as a centralized endpoint management platform enabled standardized device provisioning, automated policy enforcement, and consistent security management. This significantly improved efficiency, reduced manual administration, and established a scalable foundation for modern workplace environments.
