Legacy infrastructure and fragmented system landscapes led to increasing maintenance effort, limited scalability, and reduced flexibility in adapting to business requirements. Manual processes and non-standardized environments further impacted efficiency and hindered integration across systems, including ERP platforms such as SAP.
A structured cloud migration strategy combined with infrastructure modernization enabled the transition to a scalable, secure, and future-ready IT architecture. By introducing standardized environments, automated deployment processes, and integration-ready systems, the solution significantly improved operational efficiency and reduced complexity.
