What is Chronivo?
Chronivo is a web-based time-billing platform that converts existing calendar appointments into transparent, client-specific weekly timesheets. It is built for freelancers and organizations that want to reduce administrative work without introducing a second time-tracking routine.
The platform synchronizes appointments, duration, and participants from a selected calendar week. It identifies the responsible client through external participant domains, preserves confirmed assignments, and prepares the resulting work entries for review, approval, and export.
Chronivo turns the calendar into a reliable starting point for billing: the system automates repetitive allocation while keeping every business-critical decision reviewable and traceable.

How does the calendar-to-timesheet workflow work?
- Connect: The user signs in through enterprise SSO and authorizes read-only access to the relevant calendar data.
- Synchronize: Chronivo loads appointments, duration, categories, recurring events, time zones, and invited participants for an ISO calendar week.
- Assign: External participant domains are matched to one or more clients. Calendar categories provide a controlled fallback where needed.
- Review: The user verifies descriptions, billable time, breaks, participants, client assignments, and manual entries.
- Approve and export: Approved weekly or monthly timesheets become branded PDF or Excel documents and can be shared for customer approval.
What business value does Chronivo provide?
- Less duplicate data entry because the calendar remains the primary source
- Automatic, consistent client allocation based on appointment participants
- Manual control where business context cannot be determined automatically
- Traceable revisions instead of silent changes to approved timesheets
- Professional, branded PDF and Excel outputs for clients and accounting
- A focused weekly workflow from synchronization through final approval
Architecture, security, and integrations
Chronivo is implemented as a responsive Nuxt and Vue.js web application with an API-based, multi-tenant architecture. Microsoft 365 SSO and Microsoft Graph connect identity and Outlook calendar data without a separate local password. Provider abstractions keep identity, calendar, and signature services extensible for additional ecosystems.
The product separates calendar synchronization, deterministic client assignment, editable timesheet drafts, approvals, and document generation into controlled workflow stages. Custom integration scenarios can connect approved data with systems such as SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or other ERP and CRM platforms.
Frequently asked questions
How does Chronivo identify the correct client?
External participant email domains are matched with configured client domains. Once an assignment is confirmed or manually changed, later synchronization does not overwrite that decision.
Can an appointment belong to more than one client?
Yes. If participants from multiple known client domains attend the same appointment, Chronivo can include it in a separate timesheet for each affected client.
Can approved timesheets still be changed?
Approved sheets remain traceable. A later correction opens a new revision instead of silently replacing the previously approved state.
Which output formats are supported?
Weekly and monthly timesheets can be exported as branded PDF and Excel files with revision and approval information.
